Hero admin account cc function on messages

The hero admin account can enable cc messages of conversations between clients and other staff members.

Login to the portal dashboard, click the preferences gear icon next to your name in the top right. Navigate to the security tab. Click edit next to the staff member or manager that you want to update. Click on the cc box. The cc emails will be identified with cc in the from field. The client will also be aware that you are part of the conversation.
