We are aware of an issue that is affecting our Hosted Email environment.

Hosted Email users may experience latency or errors when attempting to access webmail. As a workaround, users are advised to access mailboxes via an email client or mobile device. Cloud Drive for Hosted Email Plus has been disabled for users who subscribe to this service. Email delivery is not impacted by this incident. Our team is actively engaged and working towards a solution. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
Email System Status
We strongly encourage the use of an email client or mobile device for access as an alternative to webmail. Please login to Rackspace at the link below to set up mobile or desktop devices like Outlook. We recommend using IMAP settings. You will need your email address and the password you use to access webmail to login.
