I placed an order online what do I do next?

You should have received an email with the subject line "ClientWhys Getting started - Learning Center login instructions". This email provides login instructions and a link. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received it yet. Follow the link and the instructions and your course will be ready for you to take.

>>  If you purchased a ClientWhys bundled package (CTEC, EA or Unlimited Bundle)

After you place an order online, you will be emailed an order confirmation which will include a one-time use token code with a link to register.

The subject line will read - Order confirmation for order #xxxx

After successful registration a ClientWhys Team Update email will be sent with login instructions. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received it yet.

The subject line will read - ClientWhys, Inc. team update

Follow the link and the instructions and your courses will be ready for you to take.
