Google/Office 365 will provide you the step-by-step instructions to set up your email account.
If we manage your DNS, You will need to to supply the GSuite or Office 365 TXT and MX records. We will add those to your DNS records so that you can switch over email to Google/Office 365.
The request email should come from the primary account holder on your ClientWhys account. If you have an IT person assisting you with the change, we will need permission in writing to communicate with the specific contact that will be assisting you. You will be notified via email if any additional instructions are required or to confirm when the updates have been made.
ClientWhys will need advanced notice to schedule the changes. Changes cannot be made later than 1:00 pm PT Monday - Friday.
