Client Locked Out of Lockbox

The system will lock out a client after 3 bad login attempts.

Lockbox Admins can easily unlock the clients account for them.

  • Login to the main lockbox admin,
  • Go to the clients set up page
  • Scroll down and change the account locked flag from yes to no
  • Reset the password if needed
  • Click update.

Note - The client can click the forget password link on the Lockbox login page to reset the password after one hour from the original lockout time.
