This is a step-by-step tutorial on setting up and sending the Review Request E-mail.
Set up your preferred review sites
- Login to your Website Admin
- Click on Editor Home
- Scroll down to Website Pages and click on Widget List
- Scroll down to Get Client Reviews! and click Edit
- Add your preferred social media sites and click Save
Set up the Review Request e-mail
- Click on Newsletter
- Under Quicklinks click on View Existing Messages
- Scroll down to Messages by Category -- Social Media
- Click Edit next to Please Take a Moment to Rate Us
- Review the email.
Note default copy refers to multiple social media sites.
You may want to edit text if you are linking to one site only.
Review and edit both the HTML version and the Text version - Click Create Message
Send E-mail
We recommend you send a test to yourself before launching it to an entire group of clients.
To send a test
- Click on Newsletter
- Click on View Existing Messages
- To the right of the Please Take a Moment to Rate Use click on Queue Messages
- Flag the button next to TEST LIST and select Generate Message
- On the next page you can Preview the email OR click Send Queued Messages
- The final page – flag the box next to the name of the email Please Take a Moment to Rate Us and click Send
To send the e-mail to your targeted list
- Click on Newsletter
- Click on View Existing Messages
- To the right of the Please Take a Moment to Rate Us click on Queue Messages Again.
Select the target audience
- Flag Subscriber List Group
- Flag the button next to your target list
- Click Generate Message and allow the messages to queue.
- Click send queued messages
- On the final page - flag the box next to Please Take a Moment to Rate Us and click Send
