You recently received a notice that you have a new lead through a tool titled, "Blog Article Question" so what does this mean?
It means that someone who was reading through your blog content on your site is interested in the topic(s) discussed in the article(s) and wants to get more answers concerning that topic. They then filled out the form at the bottom of the article, which allows them to ask questions regarding that topic. Since 50% of traffic is generally coming from your blogs, we wanted to include a conversion tool that will help you engage and capture some of those prospective clients and possibly convert them to clients.
When these users fill out the form at the bottom of your blog article, you'll receive both a notification (if enabled) to your email and that lead will appear in your lead list in the portal as well.
As with any other lead source, we recommend reaching out to them directly as soon as possible. If you don't have time to reach out to them directly initially, we would recommend setting those users up on a nurture campaign. If you would like to learn more about how to setup nurture campaigns, you can view the leads introduction here.
